Also, the time frame for deciding on doing the roof seems too short. We had the rep come because we wanted more information as we are interested in the somewhat near future having this done, but did not know this would make us lose a discount if we chose not to do it _right now_.

The only discussion was if I asked any questions and the answers were very short and non-detailed. This may be due to English not being a first language, or just not normally working with the customers. The sign supplied could be made to handle wind better. When the project was finally started, we were called the morning of to say they would be to our location in a few hours. I would have preferred more notice. However, the workmanship, and quality of the installation was wonderful. The site was constantly kept clean during the entire installation. They performed with the utmost care on our property.
