I left my phone number with his secretary with a request to call back due to some items of the roof lifting and i eventually had to email and then call Derek who sent someone out. It is a 10-year-old roof, and one tile has slipped out of place. This allowed ingres of a squirrel into the roof. Repairing the roof during warm daylight weather is critical to making sure that the squirrel does not get sealed into the roof where it can do extensive damage.
