Review: May 11, 2015Completion: April 20, 2015- Crew size varied day to day so it took much longer to complete project.- Foreman did not seem to be informed of the full scope of the job; i.e. installation of additional vents.- Still removing nails from yard and we have already picked up over 12-lbs of nails. - Not too impressed with the lack of follow-up after the project was completed by the installation crew.- But the new roof does look very nice and we hope it will provide many years of maintenance free service.

They were wearing their harnesses, but they were not physically attached by the safety line to the roof of the house. When looking up from below, you could see them wearing their harnesses and the line draped over the back of the house, but it was not physically attached to the roof itself. For what I paid, I expected good service with quality materials and work and that is what I got.

Therefore, I cannot comment on the actual installation other that to say that the finished product looks fantastic. I love my new roof. It looks fantastic. I am excited about the idea of not having to deal with any more roofing concerns in the future.

No one spoke fluent English. and when received a call from install supervisor it was difficult to understand him.Other then trying to communicate with the crew, the crew worked late into the evening and did a great job. I understand it not easy to find good workers. The crew was polite and work hard and did great work, but a person who could speak English on the crew would be nice.
