Dave was very good at selling and explaining the product, but other companies climbed up on the roof and took photos to explain areas of concern. I would have preferred that someone from Interlock had taken photos of the roof, and I would have liked Dave to have called when the work was being done and completed to check on the project and do an assessment. When you looked up the roof the shingle butts did not line-up, also the starter strip in the peak joints do not appear to be beveled and aligned correctly. It is very hot and it is a rough job. I don't know if they could improve that for their employees. We only had one problem with one of the skylights not opening but they fixed that immediately. I called on a Tuesday and they were here Thursday. I have given several people information about the company. We are so happy with the roof.
