They had to redo my roof twice because it was installed crooked and even now, on the third try, it’s not the quality I expected. I never thought, given the sales pitch about how well trained your crews are and how proud Interlock is of its work and product, that I would encounter the poor workmanship I have. I am so disappointed.

We were given information on how other roofs are put together, so it was an easy decision because of how Interlock Roofing roofs are designed. I work with a background in construction, and the only thing I would advise is that during the build they take photos of the progress and assemble a closeout package that way the homeowner has something to look back on to reference and if they sell the house they can transfer that as part of the warranty for the new owner.

I prefer this comment to not be shared publicly, but they need to know how to address diverters on a roof hip, and they didn't know how to do that. The roof hip is not that uncommon of an archaeological feature, and they really struggled with that problem. They need to have a company solution for roof hips, which are a common archaeological feature of many houses. They installed well, and it all went well.
