The price was reasonable for the work scope. They were able to secure the work slot as soon as the raining season was over and kept me informed on the schedule. In addition, they inspected remaining roof as well. Note: the leak was due to gutter pulling the corner flashing. The 10+ year Interlock roof tile remained good.

We had an issue were a couple of the shingles on the peak came off in very high winds, and was fixed quickly. No problems since then (almost 2 years ago now). They're very expensive and we were told when we first bought our roof over ten years ago, it would be weather-resistant and it wasn't. I'm still kind of sitting on the fence on that.
