  I had issues with the roofing install. The installer was nice, but it didn't seem like enough pride was in workmanship. The roof had a couple bumps in it and I believe it could have been done quite a bit better. As well as the paint was scratched off during the install in spots. Bruce said he would look into it and get back to me. I've never heard back.

  This is a special case project on which the first crew sent by Interlock was deficient. The folks from the factory stepped in and corrected the problems in full. I am pretty satisfied after a very rocky start.

  They were unreliable and understaffed--unreliably understaffed. Great product, no service. They could have improved on staffing--people who could physically work. Forget about people who do the administrative work--there are too many of them and not enough people to do the physical work. They were also unaware of the fact that there was damage to the interior.
