My wife believes the installation crew urinated on our fence gate. Also, their vehicle left a stain on our driveway so a decent running vehicle should be used in the future.

Model of fewer installation teams results in delays, unnecessary travel and inefficient use of your teams. You should consider more local expert installation teams. This would be safer and more respectful of customers and your installation teams.

A few places along the ridge cap appear raised - instead of being completely straight and level horizontally, there are a few places where two shingles meet in a slightly raised, A-shape. I was told the roof would be installed in October. It wasn't started until November and it wasn't finished until a week before Christmas.

There are far less intrusive ways to get more effective feedback. Randon senior management calls to customers are more effective than customer surveys and should be done. It was very disappointing that your company could not follow through on your promise. We really looked forward to getting the job done. There was almost no communication from your end. It was a waste of time trying to go up the ladder with phone calls. Not a good way to do business and we couldn't in good conscience recommend the company in our area.
