  When Jeff realized we weren't taking his offer, he became rude--accusing me of not telling him earlier so he could go home to his kids. You did not do a good job of qualifying me--the woman who set up the appointment never told me you would be well over 3X the cost of asphalt. You guys blew this one all around.
