Metal Shingles Champaign, IL Review

The process was seamless, it was a no-headache, no-hassle experience and the roof looks amazing. The team was fast, respectful, and really took the time to make sure we understood everything that was going on. They were very safe and considerate of my dogs going in and out of the backyard, and took extra time to clean up everything each day, and especially when they finished the job. And not a single plant damaged (which is amazing, because they are planted right up next to the house)! They were friendly and communicative, and took care of everything. It was a great experience, and we now have the most beautiful roof on the block. I think the scheduling team could have been a little bit more proactive in terms of communication in the time between the signing of the contract and the installation, but obviously it all worked out just fine, so they clearly were doing everything they needed to be doing scheduling-wise, and it ultimately didn't influence the experience all that much, especially since John Mondschean (sales) was so accommodating and communicative throughout the process. There have been a lot of new roofs going on in my neighborhood since the big double hailstorm last year, and I can confidently say that ours is the most beautiful, and the team that installed it was the cleanest and most considerate. There was not a single piece of plastic, nail, etc. left behind after they were done, and they were pretty quiet throughout the process, which was important to me as I work from home.
