“He did not seem to do the effort whatsoever and listen to what I needed. I used to be in sales and there was no back and forth praise or comments and that's important because you need to listen to the person telling you what their needs are and you need to jump right into it, not lag and there was a lot of lag. It seemed like he was just pushing to get a quote and there was no enthusiasm whatsoever.”
