  The truck showed up to deliver roof with no appointment - my 68 year old husband had to help unload and break down the pallet - my calls to the area coordinator and headquarters were largely unanswered - I incurred international call fees because I was calling BC almost daily - our project was projected 8 - 10 weeks, install 13 weeks - which is ok except that he communication was so poor. the roofing materials killed the grass in our yard it laid there so long.
