  I will mention the issue regarding the use of gutter guards. If the both the salesman and the roofing foreman knew that the their standard method for a roof over would interfere with the install of gutter guards, the problem could of been addressed.

  Delivery of the material There was some confusion with the initial delivery date of the materials. We were not told that the materials were being delivered, so no one was home. The second incident was with the shipping company, because when they delivered they did not have all of the materials.
