What was involved in this Interlock® Slate roof installation in Gorham, ME?
This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Deep Charcoal on a home in Gorham, ME, completed May 20, 2020. The project covered roughly 43 squares of roofing. Zilpha O. (Zip) and Ryan P. W. rated the work 4 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on June 9, 2020. Quality Of Materials scored 4 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “Roofing material is of high quality, but the repair work/material provided is much lower quality.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
If I refer Interlock Roofing, I would want to let people know the issues I had with my project. First, the crew has to have one member that can effectively communicate with the homeowner. Our crew had difficulty understanding what I was asking. Second, the crew needs a skilled carpenter that can repair trim and siding that is damaged during the installation of the roofing. The repair work was nothing more than a quick patch job.
