We love the roof. It looks nice and we get a lot of compliments from the owners in the condos next door and even from strangers. We like the way it sounds in the rain. We love the way the workers put plywood, then insulaltion and cushioning between the plywood and the aluminum and even another layer on the standing seam part. It would have been nice to know during the project that the crew was coming or not coming from one day to the next. Sometimes we got conflicting information. Sometimes they didn't come because they were doing a job somewhere else that took priority. I had this roof replaced in aluminum because I am almost 80, and I want to leave this beach house to my children and grandchildren and not have them have to replace the roof for the next 50 years. I bought the house almost 50 years ago and asphalt roofs do not last long with salt air and sea gulls.

“All employees were professional except for the one who was the contact person and she was not good with follow up. After the roof was finished we noticed three areas where our siding had not been replaced. We were able to replace it ourselves in the two areas that we could reach, but there was a small opening up high that needed attention. We notified our contact person, Jennifer, by the end of July, but she never followed up. This is the reason we are late in completing this survey because we wanted to be able to say that this was taken care of, but she didn't follow up.”

“Yes. I hold my property in trust and your contract said that a trust would not be under warranty, so the Interlock president in Canada wrote a warranty addendum stating it would be covered under warranty. They said they would be changing the wording in their contracts.”

It took three weeks to complete even though there were no rainy days.”
