The only area that I think could have been improved on was the English language skills of the crew. They were great, unbelievably hardworking, and very nice, there were just times when we had to communicate via some form of sign language. I was impressed. Often there's a difference between what you're sold and what is delivered, I believe I got what I was sold and I am very satisfied.

The installer did not put down an ice and snow underlayment from what I observed - it is a very flimsy sheeting. I have ice forming on the nails and making a wet mess of things. He should have done some basic clean up in the attic prior to departure - took my husband 2.5 hours to clean up the mess.
