What was involved in this Interlock® Shingle roof installation in Nahant, MA?
This project used an Interlock® Shingle system in Tile Red on a home in Nahant, MA, completed December 16, 2016. The project covered roughly 12 squares of roofing. Mike C. rated the work 4 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on January 9, 2017. Communication scored 2 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “They do not communicate well. They said they were coming on Friday and did not come. They said they were coming on Saturday and showed up at 5:00 pm.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
They need to improve on their internal process of communications. I contacted, Mark, the CEO in Vancouver, and told him about these problems. It took 10 weeks to get a quote from this company and finally by my own efforts I got it. Jenn, couldn't do anything. I finally got in touch with Dena, in sales and she did a good job. Interlock Roofing has a great product but they need to get this issue corrected. Interlock Roofing has a great product but you need to get your staff together and get this communication thing straightened out.
