They could have been better at trying to make their customers happy. We were very excited about the expensive roof. We are sad that someone from upper management did not contact us to fix the issue about the materials.

Review: October 3, 2017Completion: July 15, 2017Not sure if it was the crew, but a nail was found in my tire. It looked as if they had cleaned up nicely after the job was done, but I had to change my tire due to the stray nail. I would recommend doing a quick sweep of the road; considering our house is on a main street with no front yard. The crew was very respectful and hard-working! I'm not even sure if the nail was from the roofing, just wanted to include that as a tip.
