Review: November 7, 2017Completion: October 12, 2017Communication after the job was a bit lacking, when we had a couple of questions about signage left out front. Everything leading up to the project was perfect! We love the look and quality of our new roof. Your process was exceptional, and your staff great to deal with. The job was completed a month ahead of schedule and took half the time that we were expecting. We hope to never have to use the warranty, but should we have to, I’m confident that we will be taken care of. Great job!

The only part of the process that I did not like was that the first price from Interlock was a lot higher than their ultimate, bottom-line price. I would have preferred receiving their best and final price at the beginning of the process. This is how Permalock dealt with us.
