  The crew wasted a whole day waiting for the dumpster to be delivered. The workers came from R.I. every morning --with morning traffic through Boston they did not arrive until 10 A.M.--which is not their fault. Since the materials were here on sight the company should have their workers closer to the job. I don't know how that could be handled, but it would speed things up.
