Not to belabor the point, but the ice build-up after the storm was disconcerting to us. Review: May 18, 2015Completion: April 28, 2015Once the order was taken the Salesman seemed to disappear, even after I spoke with him about an issue I was havingWe never heard back from him. I felt the crew rushed the job and did express my concern, I was told , that was the way the jobs flow. However a week or so went by and a crew returned to re install the smart vent.
