  The quality of the work in the trimming and finishing around the edges, for the most part, was good, but there were several areas where they had to come back and fix. The first day the crew lead was there, but after that there was no one I could talk to to address concerns due to the language barrier. In general, I am satisfied with the work. I received compliments on the roof. I expected to be taken care of more for the cost that was paid this is a high-end product and I didn't receive it.

  I wasn't happy with the financing. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to swing it because the interest rate changed from what was given to me over the phone (which was 10.8) to what was on paper (12+ %) The interest rate was high and I felt pressured. I didn't like the pressure. They should send the paperwork with communication regarding the interest rate instead of the way it happened.
