  Listen to the homeowner more carefully. We are not all idiots. Example - we said the semi would not be able to navigate our driveway. It came any way. He got stuck, ran over some of our ash trees, left deep ruts, and had to be pulled out. Some things were not explained in advance. The pimply roof vents that suddenly appeared look awful and are not color matched since they were purchased at Menards..
