  Be sure to have a penalty for exceeding time limits. They could improve on communication and adherence to the contract period of installation. The product is great and the installers were fabulous. Feedback for #1: The management was very bad, but the roof looks very good and it is rated very highly, so I was able to get a reduction in my insurance.
