What was involved in this Interlock® Slate roof installation in Wakefield, NH?
This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Musket Grey on a home in Wakefield, NH, completed August 28, 2021. The project covered roughly 17 squares of roofing. Charlotte and Ralph T. rated the work 5 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on September 20, 2021. Professional Completion scored 5 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “This is a five, with the exception of there being not enough snow guards.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
I think we could've been aware of the layout for the snow guards. If we had a chance to see the layout upfront, that would've eliminated the issue I have now of no snow guards. I think that it is important to the customer to know that upfront, to know the layout prior to the job starting, so everybody agrees on it. I'm hoping I hear from someone at Interlock Roofing about the snow guards. They did say they could add them later, so it's still doable, but I don't want to pay extra for them when they should've been here in the beginning. They are really required for the housing we have.
