The price was reasonable for the work scope. They were able to secure the work slot as soon as the raining season was over and kept me informed on the schedule. In addition, they inspected remaining roof as well. Note: the leak was due to gutter pulling the corner flashing. The 10+ year Interlock roof tile remained good.

Nothing on other days. Still find nails and roofing pieces. Mentioned to everyone how important this is to me. Communication broke completely down after Peter left. Stark difference to day 1 and 2 which was fantastic. I love the new roof. Looks great and roof rafters no longer cry out. If I had to do it again, I would.
