Other than a material delay due to an incorrect measurement, that was indeed handled quickly and well communicated, I can’t think of anything that would require improvement. Damon even answered my call while he was vacationing! The installation crew was quick, efficient and helpful when they suggested a better material for the bay window... very very happy with the whole experience!! We love our roof! It’s quiet even with all our rain and I love knowing we don’t fill up the landfill with the aged composite roof on our home! Best roof for us! Great company to work with! The off-season install was perfect.
