The gutters on our home were left full of debris, and I picked up several nails in the yard. It would be nice to have these things cleaned up upon project completion. We are surprised at the lack of follow up communication from the company. I still have the sign that was left in our yard for longer than the requested time, and this is the first contact regarding our satisfaction with the project.

Communication was sorely lacking. I had to call to find out when and if they were coming. We were told that they would be delivering materials a few days prior to installation( only when I called, did I find out that they would be bringing materials with them), but and also told that I would receive a confirmation call(which never came- then when I called l was told that the install date had changed). I understand that a staff member was ill, but there should be a backup person to handle these… Read more →
