We are completely satisfied with our beautiful new roof. We had an old concrete tile roof before which had developed a few leaks and was extremely heavy for our 1960s house to continue to support. I love the look of a tile roof and really wanted to continue with something that looked similar.

They still need to finish up the very last final touches but still overall they were excellent and went over and above the call of duty. I would give a 10 out of 4 stars! It was an extremely pleasant experience! They went above and beyond the call of duty. The were over the top!

A mistake was made in the installation of the valley on the front of the house. It was crooked. We were not told this. They left it like that, and continued to proceed. We discovered it ourselves. It does look great now and I know we will enjoy it for many years. We would recommend better communication when or if there is a problem.

Their product is good. They should work on their communication. We would not have had a problem, if they would have called us, even if they would have had to put it off. Their communication skills is an area that they should improve on. We were asked whether it's noisy or not, since the installation. I'll have to say, it's not noisy.

well no big deal said they would do in early Oct & was November to do. The big deal was sales staff did not tell me I needed to move the DirecTv dish from roof to another location. Very upsetting had a week event on pay 4 view that weekend & no dish. DirecTv could not relocate tell Monday. My dish hanging by the cable off the house. Sales peaple sould have told me I needed to move it.
