“Except when the gal (who was the scheduler?) apparently no longer worked there but her voicemail was still active. We kept leaving messages and getting no reply which was very frustrating. We finally called Glenn Boss to see what was going on and he took care of the matter. Also getting the job scheduled was not as smooth as it should’ve been; several snafus. Once again Glenn Boss and Damon stepped in and took care of the problem.”
