“We were prepared to buy, Damon gave us a day or two to think it over and it sounded good. I called him back and we said we would take the roof and if you they could come down on the patio, then I would do both. He came out the next day and he said he made a horrible mistake and gave us the wrong numbers. After that he sounded like a car salesman and we booted him out of the house. The price was jacked way up.”
