Multiple times I was given a date and time for installation, and the day ended with no one showing up or notifying me that there had been a change. They need to have better customer service and provide accurate information that they'll stick to.

Review: July 13, 2017Completion: June 22, 2017Angela called me to let me know that the crew would be showing up to work at the end of the week, and no one came until the middle of the following week. Also, the nails for the roof went through our soffits, so they now look bad. This issue has been resolved by Interlock by paying for them to be painted over, but it would have been nice to know that this was going to happen before it did.

Review: October 25, 2016That the pricing was an issue. We are looking at a house that is valued at $400,000, we are middle class. Fisher our pricing is $1300-$1500 a month, $4500-$3800 with Interlock roofing which would take three years to pay off. Its a beautiful product, but I don't see any house in this neighborhood going for it. The promotion was also strange with the thank you cards.

They were really good people, and I'm content with their products. The only problem I had was with the scheduler who didn't schedule the job on time and had an attitude. He wanted to argue about everything.
