The only reason it's not a 5 is because of scheduling communication. Interlock Roofing could have improved on communication. The scheduling person needs to communicate with their customers, letting them know that they are running behind or that it may be months. A customer should never have to ask or beg for an answer. Communication was the only thing we were upset about. After 6 months goes by and the company doesn't communicate with you, you kind of think your deposit is gone and they just ripped you off. Other than that, we really like it, and the gutter guys were impressed with the roof.
