This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Deep Charcoal on a home in Portland, OR, completed February 21, 2023. The project covered roughly 16 squares of roofing. Installation Crew scored 5 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “There was only one man, and he was amazing.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
The communication with the salesperson after the sale has been made could have been better, as well as with the installation team prior to the installation. It would have been nice to communicate with the installation manager about the installation before it happened. It would have been nice to have the person in charge check in at some point, and that never happened.
