This project used an Interlock® Cedar Shingle system in Colonial Brown on a home in Salem, OR, completed August 31, 2018. The project covered roughly 27 squares of roofing. Communication can be greatly improved. We ordered our roof in April and was told that it would be installed in August or September because they were booked out that far, but we didn't receive a specific date. After our paperwork was processed, we heard nothing until I called in July to ask about a date. We experienced that if it is left to them to make contact, communication didn't happen. When they were supposed to start on a Friday, no one showed up, and no one called to let us know that they were held up at another job and wouldn't start until Monday. Monday came, and they still were not going to start until Tuesday or possibly Wednesday.
