This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Deep Charcoal on a home in Salem, OR, completed March 26, 2019. The project covered roughly 31 squares of roofing in aluminum construction. Update on my Interlock Roof System. I encourage you to read all of this review, because it has a very important element to it, and it might surprise you. I had the roof installed 2 years ago, & as noted in my original review below, the subcontractor at that time was less than attentive. Turns out, his crew was, too. In late 2020, there was a pretty significant leak into the kitchen from the sola tube, which prompted a repair call. Ivan (super knowledgeable guy) came out to inspect the leaks. Mr. Yvon Giroux, VP of Installation in Canada, decided to have his best crew come out & completely tear off not only the Interlock Roof, but the asphalt roof underneath it as well, & start from absolute scratch. The tear off, any repairs, & full installation was done in 2 days. Right after, we had several days of heavy rain. Not. One. Drip. Anywhere.
