I already discussed the issues I had on the first day. I think the cleanup process could have been improved. It was clear that the crew worked very long hours without taking any noticable breaks. They also didn't leave the property for any restroom breaks.

“Apparently there was an issue with the arrival of the materials, and the crew arrived without the lead. There was a challenge with communication at the beginning of the project. From the sales discussion of the crew, I thought that the crew arriving would have some recognizable affiliation with Interlock. Instead, it seemed the crew was subcontracted through another party, not directly with Interlock.”

“Found debris days after the project was completed. Cigarette butts, nails and metal pieces were scattered around the job site. A large section of an Interlock cardboard box was found a day after the work was completed. I also saw open beer cans at the job site at the end of the day. The crew also backed up the van into my garden, displacing compost and dirt and leaving tire tracks.”
