  They could improve on not starting the roof and not having all the materials. I have nothing against the crew because our roof is the way it is. They should have sent a crew out that knew the material. It was a new crew for Interlock.

  We love the roof ,the 50year garente is great the peace of mind of the material used is great . The price was hard to swallow but I love the look and peace of mind that we have a worry free roof is great.my only issues were the waiting time , not knowing when the job would start and the lack of communication with the work crew.but overall I'm happy.   We really like the product, but we wish the communication was better. It's just frustrating because it was a very expensive roof. The sales pitch, I did not like or appreciate the sales pitch. It was either commit to it now, or the price goes up. We asked them to wait to build the tiles until we sold the house, but they didn't and we were forced to do something financially we didn't want to do.
