Materials were delivered but never taken off the truck. No one contacted me regarding that. I left a couple of messages and no one got back to me. We are really happy with the product.

They said that it would be shipped soon and then it was there. We did not have anyone there to receive it. We were fortunate to have a neighbor. It looks really good.

Completion: January 11, 2016There were problems that were encountered during installation, such as roof leaks, gutter parts being mistakenly disposed of that were not, in my opinion, properly addressed by Interlock until I kept forced the issue. Also, during installation heavy outside furniture was moved and blocked my garage the whole 2+ week installation. The 2 guys were nice and did a good job for just two guys, but I expected more from this company given I chose Interlock over a lower bid for their experience.… Read more →
