  There was miscommunication with Interlock itself. There was a start date that didn't happen. Materials were delivered but never taken off the truck. No one contacted me regarding that. I left a couple of messages and no one got back to me. We are really happy with the product.

  Interlock staff does a lot of follow up over the phone, prior to, during and after installation. I wish there was an option to do follow up over email, website or even text messages.

  There were problems that were encountered during installation, such as roof leaks, gutter parts being mistakenly disposed of that were not, in my opinion, properly addressed by Interlock until I kept forced the issue. I do think (hope)that these issues are now being addressed. Also, during installation heavy outside furniture was moved, which was fine, but was not moved back, in fact, my garage was blocked by "moved furniture" the whole time of the installation (which took 2+ weeks due to rain)… Read more →

  There was a small issue between the communication of the project manager and me. I was unaware of the timing of it. They said that it would be shipped soon and then it was there. We did not have anyone there to receive it. We were fortunate to have a neighbor. It looks really good.
