If there are any issues on your side, they'll take care of it, and also answer your questions. It is a little difficult to interface with the Ukrainian workers, but it worked out using a translation app to communicate. Completion: December 9, 2015We had ordered an opening skylight, when it came it did not fit. The roofers put in a non opening one and said they would try to find one that fit. To this date we have not heard from them, or the company regarding that skylight. It seems there should be a refund of the difference in the price between the non-opening one and the opening one. I am happy with the roof, I just want either a skylight that opens or a refund of the difference in the price.
