“Because of the no response. When I needed to speak with someone and no one would respond to me. I had really needed someone to speak to on whether or not to postpone this project, I couldn't get anyone. It really made me leary on moving forward even in the Spring. Eventually, someone one from another office got a hold of me and made things happen fast. My local office wasn't helpful.”
