Maybe since they used one over another, they probably need to be more clear and advise the customer who chooses. It is something we noticed. Contact from the company for rescheduling could've been better. I understand delays are unforeseen, but keeping better communication with consumers so they aren't taking time off and then finding it wasn't necessary to do so due to a delay.
