Better communicate when the scheduled installation date is going to happen. Interlock needs to be more upfront and honest about how the roof is sensitive to foot traffic. When people walk on the shingles they risk causing the shingles to bend permanently. This is a disadvantage that interlock should openly explain to prospective customers.
