Installation Crew scored 4 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “Some of the installation crew did not speak English which made communication really difficult.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
Interlock Roofing could have improved on mid-installation communication. There was zero communication in English. I had to call someone to let them know they were doing the job incorrectly, before they got too far. I also had to ask for the supervisor to come out and to do the punch list walk through with me.
