Many Tudor homes in my neighborhood also had tile concrete roofs that are 46 years old and near end of life. They could have done better troubleshooting on the patio waterproof membrane delivery. It was delayed. I had the roof put on because of a leak over the garage and they anticipated having to replace some of the plywood. Then the crew said that wasn't necessary. They did not ask the tenant if everyone and everything was ok after the completed project so I think that could be something they could improve on. I replaced the broken light fixture myself. I think they could follow up after the completed project to ensure that everything went well and there were no issues.

There was a lot of dry rot caused from 5 layers of comp I ended up having to pay some $13,000 over the estimate for my house that is only 932 square feet. The cost went from 17k to 29k needless to say that was a bit of a shock.
