Apparenlty, their crews were overloaded, but I was scheduled 3 separate times to begin the project and, 3 times, no one showed up.....no phone call...really no nothing. They gave us a second date and they were also not there for that one either, the third date they finally showed. A little more communication as far as letting people know if you can't make the original date.
