This project used an Interlock® Cedar Shingle system in Copper Penny on a home in New Berlin, WI, completed May 11, 2020. The project covered roughly 40 squares of roofing. The salesperson's phone number didn't' have any information on it, to who I was calling. Their name or business wasn't available there. I wasn't sure If I was leaving the information with the right person. The manager didn't speak with their other employees about the organization. When he talked to me he was degrading. He said a lot of lies and things that were not true. He was trying to make me believe it was my fault. They had my down payment for 6 months and didn't bother to order the materials for it. They ignored the fact that I had sent letters and canceled. Now I have to hire a lawyer to get my money back.
