Honestly, very little. We do not regret the purchase at all - and that says a lot since we will be paying for it for generations to come! :)

Randal was so professional and so respectful. I think that he probably anticipated that given the age of our house and our age that we might not be potential customers but he still went through the process of measuring everything and giving us a thorough estimate. We were sorry we were not able to move forward with the expenditure but we will recommend them to someone else based on his service.
I recently had my 25 year old asphalt roof replaced with an Interlock Metal roof. I'm so very happy with my decision. In fact, best decision ever to have Interlock Industries install. The metal roof is manufactured in Delta, BC and they have their own installers. It's not panels! It looks very much like a cedar roof! Color is awesome as well! My home looks great!
My experience was pretty smooth and straightforward. No one has brought the sign that we are supposed to display, but everything was great. Vlad was very knowledgeable and made all the roof happen. Interlock Metal Roofing could improve by providing more status updates.

There was a bit of confusion with the billing timeline since the job start and completion dates were so close. Would have been easier to not split up the payment. We were leaning towards a standard metal roof to replace our old asphalt shingles and in preparation for solar panels. I decided to get a quote from interlock and was impressed with the product. Interlock was within 10% of my quote for a steel roof and there was a little bit of room for negotiation. The installers worked extremely hard and were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. We had a little bit of damage to a railing from when the old roof was being removed. They offered compensation, but I was able to clean it up so it is hardly noticeable. When it rains hard, there is a pleasant pitter patter sound - not loud or disturbing at all. The roof looks amazing!

Everyone who sees the roof admires it, so it speaks for itself. Everything was perfect except I forgot to ask them to reinstall a downpipe on the roof. We both overlooked it. I will do so shortly. The roof of my house and double garage looks amazing and draws many compliments.
Quality product, good reputation is better and referrals, better than glossy brochure advertising. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. Overall very satisfied with Interlock. I found at least 6 roofing nails left on the driveway after roof installation. Walked, swept and blew driveway to ensure it was clear. Courteous crew. No follow up with Randal after installation.
They were great, everyone was very polite, punctual, and the professionalism was there. It was just that the cost was not for us.
