Perhaps Interlock should also supply the chimney flashing.
They could have improved with proper training of the installation crew. The big issue was with the installer. With regard to the installation, they need to improve the training of the installation crew and the installation crew needs to be better at communicating. Lots of broken promises.
Left over materials were not available when requested by the customer. The sign that says "Alberta's Best Roof" was a put off to some BC residents.
The overall process from the initial inquiry to the final installation was straight forward.
Arriving and completing the job when they said they would.
If they could have let me know what space the workers would be using during the project that would have been helpful.
