They could improve with the advertising signage on my lawn. It is only in English. They should have a french one since I live in the french company. They should do siding and windows. I am happy about the decision to go with them even though it was more expensive I sit on my deck and admire my roof.
I was surprised to not have a supervisor on-site to inspect the work. I had a hard time getting ahold of Bob to discuss the materials left on site. They could've communicated a little better at the end of the project. The service was good and the install team was open to any feedback I had to give them. They were very professional.

There is something on the roof that looks like a piece of plastic. It looks out of place and it should of been taken off.

Interlock fell short in allowing the installers to accidentally mark up the siding. There were no further issues with Interlock.
They fell short with their salesman. He was just not good. I felt as if he was there to bash other roofing companies more so then to sell his own product.
We got our roof done over 13 years ago and the roof is still impeccable. We live in the Moncton area and it was worth the price. We never have to worry about the roof ever again.
